Teenage boy pronounced dead after motorcycle collision near Lake Park Drive

SAN JACINTO, California (November 30, 2021) – Friday afternoon, a 15-year-old boy was killed in a motorcycle accident on Soboba Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 12:10 p.m., just south of Lake Park Drive. Emergency teams responded to the scene shortly after.

According to reports, the teenager hit a 72-year-old woman’s 2018 Honda Accord as he was heading north on Soboba. Then the Honda crashed into a 74-year-old man driving a 2020 Jeep Rubicon.

Meanwhile, the 15-year-old boy and his motorbike landed in the southbound lanes.

Paramedics arrived and transported the motorcyclist to Riverside University Health System Medical Center, where he later died.

Additionally, the 72-year-old woman sustained minor injuries while the driver of the Jeep was unharmed.

At present, authorities in San Jacinto are still working to investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident.
