Kawasaki 125cc range updated for 2022
Due to pricing issues and market dynamics, Kawasaki Z125 and Ninja 125 are unlikely to launch in India
As part of its strategy to continuously refresh its portfolio, Kawasaki has introduced updated color options for the Ninja 125 and Z125 2022 models. In the Indian market, the Kawasaki Z range currently includes the Z650, Z900, Z H2 and Z H2 SE.
Kawasaki 125cc range – Color options updated in 2022
A total of three color options are available for the Z125. One of them is Metallic Flat Spark Black / Pearl Flat Stardust White, which was replaced by Pearl Flat Stardust White / Metallic Spark Black on the 2022 model.
The only major difference is that the amount of white paint has been reduced. It is now limited to the upper part of the fuel tank, a small part of the tank fairings and the front fender. 2022 Z125 also gets updated graphics. These changes ensured a refined look and feel for the bike.
Another color option is Metallic Flat Spark Black / Metallic Spark Black, which has been replaced by Metallic Flat Spark Black. The latter abandons the visual anomalies present on the 2021 model due to its double shades of black. The new color theme brings the bike closer to an all-black look and feel. Graphics have also been updated, as have other new color themes.
Refinements were also introduced for the third color option of Candy Lime Green / Metallic Spark Black. In the 2022 model, the lime green tint has been significantly reduced. It is largely limited to the headlight hood and front fender. On the 2021 model, the lime green tint extends to the fuel tank and tank fairings. The green bits have been replaced with shades of black and light gray on the 2022 model.
The color options offered with the Ninja 125 are similar to those of the Z125. These are Lime Green / Ebony / Blizzard White Pearl, Sparkle Black Metallic / Flat Spark Black Metallic, Stardust White Pearl / Sparkle Black Metallic. Ninja 125 also gets the Kawasaki Racing Team (KRT) color scheme.
