The Kawasaki ZX-6R will remain in production for 2023!

– The 2023 Kawasaki ZX-6R will soon be unveiled

– To continue with a 127 hp inline four-cylinder engine

– Could be launched in India in limited numbers

The global market has gradually shifted from the appeal of high-revving 600cc supersports to more usable bikes such as the KTM 790 Duke R or Triumph Street Triple 765 RS. Even Yamaha pulled the R6 off the shelves due to high production costs and poor sales. But Kawasaki has decided to stick to its formula by continuing production of the Ninja ZX-6R for 2023.

Now, the 2023 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R is unlikely to see any major changes, because why fix what ain’t broke, right? It is expected to use the screamer 636cc inline-four engine capable of producing a healthy 127bhp and 70Nm. In addition, power modes, slipper and assist clutch, traction control, ABS and a quick shifter would allow users to make full use of all this performance.

That said, even its suspension and braking hardware remain the same as the previous model. However, we expect Kawasaki to add some new color combinations to the mix to increase the Ninja ZX-6R’s appeal. As for India, we can expect the manufacturer to bring the 2023 model to our country later this year, albeit in limited numbers.
